My wife and I had an amazing time here. Facilities are top notch. Staff is helpful and cheerful which you do not always find. Vintage Chop House is a top notch restaurant with great staff. And Mason at the front door kicked our staff of the best with such an awesome positive and helpful attitude that continued through our stay. Can't wait to go back!
My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. The view from our room was stunning. The restaurant downstairs was absolutely delicious. The spa was very nice, we had a couple's massage and it was so fun. The location was great, just a short drive to Petoskey. My only suggestion would be to consider having waiters serve at the beach, (pool chairs were full all during our stay).
Absolutely loved this place, the food was fabulous and the spa was amazing . We stayed for the weekend for our anniversary and got a suite , which are amazing and good size . Connie at the Cafe was the sweetest . She even suprised us with a little anniversary gift . Our only complaint , which is why I gave a 4 star for the room was that the bathroom and bedroom was so freezing cold , even turning the heat up did not warm up that area just made the rest of the suite to warm . We asked at the front desk and she mentioned the bedroom and bathroom were on the water side and the wind coming off the water was so cold so probably why. We made the best of it and used the extra blankets and put towels down on the tile floor in the bathroom to walk on. We will definitely still go back . Such a beautiful place .
Outstanding 4 star hotel with 5 star service by the staff. Every single staff member we interacted went out if their way to make our day. Loved the decor and set up of the hotel. The fireplace in the room was a nice touch. Giving Starbucks for free in the Cafe and free valet were both 5 star level items and much appreciated. One very minor gripe would be the shower amenities jn large bottles. I know so many hotels have gone to this post covid but it is super annoying. I am in about 8 hotels a month and this problem affects all.of them with these bottles about 10% of the time. The body wash bottle was empty. Of course you dont know this until you are in the shower. As I said this affects every hotel who has gone to this method and I absolutely hate it. I hope all the hotels will go back to minis again. This hotel is an absolute gem and we will definetly be back. Highly recommended!
Stayed at the Inn for the 30th birthday weekend. Jody at the front desk is a god send. Top tier customer service and had tons of recommendations for us. Wifey and I would come back just to be greeted by Jody, bless her.
Every aspect of our stay was amazing. When we checked in our room was not ready because of a shortage of staff. However, the front desk worker, Alexandra, accommodated us above and beyond expectations and was consistently kind and attentive. Coffee was hot and fresh and complimentary at the Inn Cafe, and the staff at the Sagamore room allowed us to use the microwave to prepare specialty foods for my special needs kids and then stayed open later for us the following day. We will definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it to anyone!
What a wonderful stay. At check in I let the front desk know it was my boyfriend’s birthday. They sent a complimentary bottle of champagne to the room with a nice card! The food in all locations was great. Drinks were ok. They also gave my boyfriend a complimentary dessert with dinner. Loved everything!
Beautiful hotel, great location and the staff and concierge is amazing. Service and food was amazing and will for sure be back to check the views in the summer time!
